Purpose
KruelOrg is our Development and Community website. It should clearly communicate current development efforts, progress and provide appropriate management tools to developers.
Classifications
- Public - General members of the public who have are not actively involved
- Users - People with a login to the site
- Developers - Users who are involved with one or more projects
- Admins - Users given additional responsibility to perform high-level actions
Community Tools
Events
Allow users to be aware of official kruel events, and affiliated events. Optionally allow Kruel users to create events for other reasons.
Key Functionality
- Manage events (Add/ View/ Modify/ Remove)
- Track event invitations and confirmation of intention to attend.
- Provide access to:
- Minutes or commentary
- List of attendees
- Actions arising from event
- Links to related files (eg. event photo)
Online Finances
Clearly and accurately identify our current financial position to both the public and stakeholders.
Key Functionality
- Interface for users to provide notification when they have given financial support.
- Interface for admins to update transactions, and confirm user notifications
- Present in both graphical and tabular form, an accurate financial transaction history
Developer Tools
Blogs
Communicate to the public what progress is being made on projects and problems encountered.
Tasks
List actions that are needed to progress projects towards identified goals
