Summary
I've got lots of ideas, but I'll need some help developing them to a presentable product. I see the best way i can serve the project is to be a coder in the inital stages, but as more people get involved, step back and focus on the leadership, management and promotion of praelium and other projects.

This only lists kruel priorities. Personal and uni commitments also exist somewhere, depending of the time of day and phase of the moon (which affects how cruel my lecturers are).
High Priority
- Thrive - Sure it was going to be a side project, but when people (including myself) see 'signs of life', they work much harder to get things done. Getting it down to per-user level will help a lot to identify and encourage those who are putting in the most effort.
- KruelOrg - The website is broken. People are donating money to an organisation that doesn't even have a working website. Dodegy if you ask me! Theres a lot of project management tools that would be DAMN helpful too.
Medium Priority
- Praelium - Theres a CRAPLOAD of work to be done. The current architecture is totally inept (due to my dodgey design decisions, no one's fault but mine!)
- Eon - Huge amount of potential, I just need to get some stuff cranking so Astroboi can get the GUI thing going on!
Low Priority
- ThriveRPG - A silly little idea I had for making contributing fun, similar to IdleRPG, but you get XP for things like chatting, and CVS submissions etc., scaled like thrive so the things ppl arent doing much counts for more. Not really going to work on it just yet.
- BattleSheep - nice idea, but i got bigger fish to fry
